10. Flexibility, your schedule while be changing on the spot, you may go working on one aircraft straight to the other without knowing which one until the aircraft reaches.

11. Collaboration and Teamwork is needed to make sure that ground crew can work together and other departments to ensure the safety and efficiency of the airport.

12. Problem Solving, as you may encounter situations where you need to act on the spot, or possibly act from your judgment without being trained or having any guides on how to solve this problem.
